Accessibility Statement

Our target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Conformance work is ongoing, and this statement is not a claim that every page or customer-provided item currently meets every success criterion.

Measures we take

• Support keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus.
• Use semantic structure, labels, status messages, and landmarks.
• Maintain readable contrast and allow text zoom and reflow.
• Respect reduced-motion preferences.
• Review key flows with automated checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing.
• Include accessibility in design and engineering review as Azul changes.

Compatibility

Azul is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. The experience may be less reliable with old browsers, unsupported extensions, or unusual browser and assistive technology combinations.

Known limitations

Customer-provided decision evidence, documents, logos, or embedded content may not always meet the same accessibility standard as the Azul interface. Some dense evidence-review tools may require additional usability improvements for particular assistive technologies. We are working to identify and address issues in priority user journeys.

If you have difficulty using Azul, need information in another format, or want to report an accessibility barrier, email team@usemoonshine.com with “Accessibility request” in the subject. Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and your preferred way to receive a response. Please do not include sensitive decision evidence in ordinary email.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days and will work with you on an accessible alternative while an issue is being addressed.

Assessment approach

Azul uses a combination of internal review, automated testing, manual keyboard checks, responsive-layout checks, and assistive-technology evaluation. We will update this statement as testing and remediation continue.
